I am a UX designer.
My job is to marry the business needs and the customers’ wants. But really I am a storyteller. I focus on the emotional arc of the user. This lack of emotional connection, is a particular opportunity for websites and apps to engage their users’ to become passionate, and an ambassador for their products and services.
